TN2 renew
Hello,
I'm facing a problem trying to renew my TN2 subscription (PokerStars Annual 2.3.148.0).
Today I have 3 days left before TN2 expire and it request if I want to renew, but after I go on the web page and select the type of subscription (pokerstars 1 year) when display the shopping cart to checkout I receive the following msg:
You are only able to purchase one product code per user account for all of our products. You previously purchased this product. Please check your my account section for details or contact sales@holdemmanager.com for special consideration or if you wish to become a reseller.
Any suggestions ?
