    Default status progress - ipoker hands are not stored since yesterday..

    any news regarding this issue,please?

    The only recent issue at ipoker I am aware of is with the speed tables. Please see this thread - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ry-issues.html

    If you are not playing speed tables please give us more details about what games you are playing and what exactly is happening so we can try to help you.

    Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F


    Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - Login to Holdem Manager - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

    Thank you for your fast reply. I had a problem because somehow my ipoker hh folder (were my hands are stored) was locked (I couldn't *delete it, read it or do anything else)... For that reason ipoker couldn't store my hands so HM2 couldn't read my hands... When I realized what was happening I changed folder's name so now after I reinstalled the software a new hh folder is created and HM2 works fine...*

    I was a little upset (i couldnt find out what was happening for 24h- long tine) but Everything works fine now. Thanks again for your reply.
