    Default HM1 and pokerstars 7

    Hello

After an extended period away from poker, I return to find that HM1 support has ended, but still seems to work, at least for my purposes. So I will probably just continue using it until it breaks too much.

My question is: Will my HM1 work as well if I switch to pokerstars 7?

I don't use HM1 any more so I don't know the answer, but the obvious step is to just give it a try...

When you click the button in the PokerStars 6 client to try PokerStars 7 Beta
The new client is downloaded into a separate folder & PokerStars 6 is retained
It is very simple to click a button in PS7 to revert to PS6 - takes a few seconds
Eventually you'll be forced onto PS7 but I suppose that will not happen until early next year[?] while PS support irons out the bugs in PS7

Incidentally when you try PS7 don't forget to...
Add exceptions in your AV to the files located at the new PS7 paths
Tell your firewall about the new paths
    Admin rights

Otherwise you may get lagging etc.
