Look for a file named simply 'HoldemManager' since the '.exe' will be hidden.

The rollback link to 8205 is in the first post of this thread but please make sure you attempt the instructions on the FAQ and send the requested images/files if it doesn't help or we won't know if the problem is specific to your computer or something we need to address that could affect other users:

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...lt+Rush+Tables

If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the first link above.

It should be in the same folder. It is possible your av/fw blocked it from being installed. Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Reboot your computer
    3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
    4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
    5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

    Speed poker or regular/tournament tables?

Please see this FAQ which gives instructions on how to configure HM2 to work with Ipoker Speed Tables - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+Speed+Tables

If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the first link above.

New version Zoom hud wouldn't work no matter what I did, adding the new files as exceptions, always starting HEM first, etc. Rolled back to last stable release and its fine.

Dont want to update until I am sure it will work without a huge amount of headache

If the update to .8219 didn't work this thread would be flooded with complaints - it ain't. There's a new file in .8127 & .8129 [the same one in both more or less] - if you've add exceptions for it after doing a manual install [and BEFORE launching HM2] you'll have no problems.

I am on .8129 & everything is fine for me on both PS cash Regular/Zoom & on PS tourney too

    What version are you on?
    Do you have a HUD?
If you don't have a HUD - which games have you tried?
