    Angry Zoom does not work

    The hud on zoom tables on Pokerstars does not appear. I've updated the HM2, turned off the firewall, turned off windows defender, turned off the anti-virus, but the problem continues. The hands appear on the active section, so the HM2 is recognizing the hands I play in zoom, but the hud does not appear. In other games, the HUD appears normally. I Have windows 8. The address at which I saved the hand history of PS was changed by me in PS and HM2. But as said, the HM2 is recognizing the hands played. Please help me. I do not know what else I can do ...

    Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? If the problem is being caused by the AV it needs to be uninstalled completely. Disabling it will not prevent the conflict from happening if it is the cause.

    Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.


    Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:


    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Reboot your computer
    3) Please update to the latest internal beta version with has the newest starscommunicator.hm2 file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe
    4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
    5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows


    - Close HM2 and PokerStars.

    If you continue to have problems:
    - Close HM2 and PokerStars.
    - Please download and unzip this file to a new folder - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...gDllsAug21.zip
    - Copy the 2 files from the new folder and paste them in to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\ folder and over-write the 2 existing files when prompted.
    - Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

    *We are working on making this zoom logging process simpler in a future update.

    It works!!!

    You send me an email asking me to put not just hand histories in english, but the hole Pokerstars client. And I upgrade the HM2 to the latest version.
