Default please help with definitions hero was..

I'm trying to make some notes for how hero react vs villan ..ex: was 3bet by hero, was cb by hero, hero fold vs villan 3b, and hero fold vs villan cb..
    edit..
    ex hero cb vs villan
preflop action is easy.. Raise (not the not recipent, player must be the hero)--call (player has to be the note recipient)
what of flop action? If i met only bet (player had NOT to be the note recipent, had to b the hero, and the last preflop raiser) and leave this way, Notecaddy tells me that no one action was selected for the note recipent and this can cause unexpected results..Can I ignore this message? Or I need to do the note definition in some othe way.

    ty in advance

p.s. in player types I checked enemy had to be the hero

There is something else I need. It is mentioned in the sticky.

-A hand history that either shows a success or you would like to have show a success. You can easily find these using HEM filters and it is a great way to truly express what you mean!
-A player's name and whether he a.) got a note but should not have b.) should have got a note but didn't
-A brief description of what behavior you were trying to model

-A player's name and whether he a.) got a note but should not have b.) should have got a note but didn't - I'm note sure I understand well..Anyway, in test environment, the note (that I attached) give me succes for player 77BaDoG77

-A brief description of what behavior you were trying to model - I'm trying to make a note, that show's me in % the times that Hero cbet vs Villan..I made the note that You can see in attachement.. I have two question:
1)Is this the right way to do this note?
    2) If yes, what I must to do to shows me in pop up the %? ex: 60% (hero could cbet 10 times, cbet only 6)..At this moment, the note shows me in pop up 100% (6) -Not consider the times that Hero DIDN'T cbet.

I really hope this is all..Sorry again

    Ty

It's not the right way to do it. If you are saying "assign note to enemy" and want it to be "hero vs" then the hero needs to get the note. You set several conflicting options set. I have fixed it and attached
