Problem with notecaddynotes

Hi,

I purchased notecaddy and notecaddy edge a while ago but it doens't work. I have created al notes for unprocessed hands based on active definitions but i haven't see any note yet in my popups. I installated de update a few weeks ago and did all 10 steps. If you need more information tell me. I hope you can help me to fix this.

Did you use their HUDs? Their notes won't show up on other HUDs unless you add them. Their instructions emails also contain instructions on how to get fast and effective support with their product
