Filter for tag not showing assigned tags

I have made som tags to some tourmants on pokerstars. E.g. Big 8,8 and Big 11. in the report " Tournaments"
When I filter for tags on one of these tourmants, HM2 says "No results found, clear your filter"
I have tried to restats HM2, and filter for one of the above as first thing, same result, No tourn. found.

I can see in the report "tournaments" that the assigned tag e.g. Big 8.8 is showing, but upon filtereing, it does not show.

please advise.

I think the only way for us to test this and figure out what is happening would be to have you create a database backup, upload it to a file hosting site then email us a download link for the database so we can restore it.
