Easy question - hotkeys

Hello,

how can I turn off Hotkeys by default?
I mean, im not using them at all so I want them to be off permanently - so when I start the app, it should be off.

There is an option in TN2 > Hotkeys > Disable Hotkeys.

I dont see it.
When i turn it off and then i restart TN2, it goes ON.

Yes you need to disable Hotkeys when you start TN2, If you don't use Hotkeys why not remove them completely.
