    Freezing issue: please sent your full log.txt file when this occurs, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:

    C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\


    HUD issue: Do you have the same issue if you turn off NoteCaddy, and use a HUD without any NoteCaddy stats?


    Duplicate hands: HoldemManager will ignore any duplicate hands.
    Except, if you converted them to another site-formatting. It's difficult to purge exactly these hands, unless they were converted hands played at a specific date range you can purge. Otherwise in the new database, don't import the converted hands.

    1) I will send the log file, ty.

    2) How do I turn Notecaddy Stats off? (but anyway...how is it that I never had this issue before WITH NoteCaddy Notes & Badges? This tells me the issue is not there otherwise it would have happened when I first installed the NoteCaddy Coaching Package or upgraded to new popups...am I wrong deducing this?!)

    3) About duplicates I messed it all up and I think it would be impossible now to purge exaclty those hands because they mixed up with both sites and dates so I have no precise reference for them...but it's not a huge issue, thx anyway. UNLESS...there are more precise ways to purge though PostgreSQL instead of using HEM purging options, anyclue about this?

    HUD Settings > HUD Designer > [ ] Show Caddy Notes > OK > Restart HM2

    We are just trying to narrow down the possible cause of the problems at this point.

    If you leave NC on and disable the 2 options circled in RED on the image below does it resolve your problems?





    I am not aware of a way to purge/delete the duplicate hands via postgresql but that goes well beyond our basic support. The easiest solution, if you think they might be the cause of your problems, would be to create a new database and only import the original hands and see if the new database behaves properly.
