HUD issue: Do you have the same issue if you turn off NoteCaddy, and use a HUD without any NoteCaddy stats?
Duplicate hands: HoldemManager will ignore any duplicate hands.
Except, if you converted them to another site-formatting. It's difficult to purge exactly these hands, unless they were converted hands played at a specific date range you can purge. Otherwise in the new database, don't import the converted hands.
