I am sorry to hear you are having problems. I am getting mixed results on this, and I want to let you know that I am forwarding your issue on to be re-tested. It will be tested in the order it was received.

Once we have tested and documented it thoroughly we will send you our results and/or ask for any other info/files that we may need to help resolve it.

I did notice that I duplicated this at first, then deleted the reports folder, and restarted HM2, which re-creates the reports. At this point, I removed all of the stats, except for the three that you have in the first screenshot, and added them back. However, hands/hr would not stay. I would try to delete that folder, to get the default reports back. If you have any custom reports, copy them to a folder on your desktop, then after the folder is re-created, you can close HM2 again and move those reports back.

    Close HM2
    Please delete everything in:

    Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
    Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports

    Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

I change some reports to have more stats so i save the folder before deleting. I deleted and started again HM2 and the problem was solved. Closed HM again and paste the old reports folder, i restart HM and the problem is there again. There might be some problem with the file.
Funny (not) thing is that when i get a fresh reports folder i open HM2 and try to get back my stats in the reports, the "old" problem will be on them lol.
Load and the stat wont show up.

I open the " select report statistics" and they arent there....

Can i delete just that report with the problem? I cant find it...
That way i guess i would solve the problem in the sessions reports and dont "spread" the problem to my other reports...
I would have tried it, but i cant find the sessions reports on the folder.

    C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Reports\DateTime/CashSessions.Report

It's possible adding certain stat(s) to one of the reports corrupts the .Report files.
Are you mainly using the Leakbuster Report?

Backup all the .Report files (when everything still works), so you can restore them, if this problem comes back after you've made changes to a report.

Yes, mostly that one, i added lots of stats to that one. Just a few more stats in some "random" reports.

Fozzy and I did some more testing on this issue. This issue has now been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8552.

I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
