New version will not allow me to view stats in active session or reports for myself or any player. I have done all the trouble shooting on the site and have sent the follow message to email support: No hands are showing up in active session or reports for me while I play. The hud works, framework up to date, time up to date, created new databases, did the time adjustments, reinstalled hem 3 times, nothing working still. Please do not direct me to a forum to try other things as I have spent the last 4 hours searching ever forum. I will pay for time if needed, I need teamviewer support to have someone correct the problem, please let me know when we can arrange this as it is very urgent. Thank you
I replied to your email last night I believe.
Hi,
playing on Stars.it 6 (Build: 8575) and running HM2 Version 2.0.0.8205 but stats are not showing on Zoom tables
Hands are getting imported though. Should I revert back to 8175?
Last time I had this problem I spent several hours fixing the problem via Teamviewer support, I am scared
PS: also, I don't see these two files in the HM2 folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\Blitz.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\StarsCommunicator.hm2

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? It sounds like your AV stopped those files from being installed or quarantined them so Zoom will not work. Add exceptions in your AV or disable/uninstall it then update:
Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe
Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client.
Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables
Check your C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Temp folder for a file named StarsCommunicator.hm2 and if you see it please delete it.
If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- Screen shot of the table/desktop
- Original hand history for the table with the issue
- Screen shot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
Windows 8, Mc Cafee
i am unable to add these files to the exception list as they are simply not there:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\Blitz.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\StarsCommunicator.hm2
i have the latest version installed.
I did this also also ran it the other way around - neither works.
File is not there, and it not hidden either.
I have the same problem.
Sunday evening everything worked fine .
mondaymorning , without changing anything on my computer , the HUd doesn't work anymore with zoom poker.
It imports just no HUD
HUD does work with regular tables and MTT
my Antivirus and run as administrator thing is all ok
I got both pokerstars 7 and pokerstars 6 shortcut , nothing works .
what to do ?
did also got the older version of HM2 back , also didn't work

Try disabling mcaffee and updating or better yet uninstall/replace mcaffee with something that won't have these problems. If those files are not on your computer because your AV keeps quarantining them and/or won't let you add exceptions for them then the zoom HUD will not work.
Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.
Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:
1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows
Which AV are you using? Try the steps suggested above for the other poster I quoted.
If you continue to have problems we need to see a log file via email to start and then might send you some files for special logging to see if there are any system specific issues on your computer causing this that our next update will address or other issues we need to fix before the next update.

wouldn't be easier if somebody from HM2 Support could email me Blitz.dll and StarsCommunicator.hm2 and i manually save them in the HM2 folder please? I have no intention of removing McCafee, this has always been working fine with Zoom - I was requested to do the same 6 months, only to find out the issue wasn't with McCafee a couple of days later in a Teamviewer session.
