For the preflop, If I wanted to put in RFI stat Do I have to drag and move the stat under every position?

Look at the "Default_Steal" popup in the Popup Designer. It will show you how RFI/Steal stats are organised. Namely:-

Total Column: TOT RFI or TOT Steal [or have two Total columns & put in both if you wish]
EP column: EP RFI
MP Column: MP RFI
CO Column: CO Steal
BTN Column: BTN Steal
SB Column: SB Steal
BB Column: [blank obviously]
