    Default Problem with ranges in Hud

    The notecaddy ranges in my hud are not visible, there is only an empty {} as you can see in the screenshot. if i use the replayer or the quickpopup (go over the play symbol with my mouse) the hand is there, but not in the range.

    this makes notecaddy quite useless, so could you please help me, thx

    Hi TriplexXx,

    It looks like you have a low sample size on the screenshot you posted. It's possible no hands have seen showdown which can go in there yet. If you actually have a decent amount of hands on this player you probably want to reset and reprocess your notes and that should solve it. How to reset NoteCaddy notes - Assaultware Wiki

    the sample isnt big, this is true. but when i click @ the replayer, i can see the hand went to showdown and i can see a specific hand, so the problem is only in showing it correctly.

    i will try the reset

    i have reset it, as you said, and now there is no more notecaddy notes in the hud? i have checked the notcaddypopups in the hud, the are all correct?

    Hi TriplexXx,

    Did you choose Start to create your notes again after you reset them?

    yes of course, ran quite a while until i could use it again, but it didnt solve the problem

    What do you have set for this setting: NoteCaddy / File / Settings / HUD / Minimum amount of points required to create a Caddyspark ? You might want to set this to "1" if it's not already and choose Save.

    i exportet my hole database, createt a new one, in which i reimportet all the hands. now it seems to work.
    seems like my database had a problem.
