HUD doesn't consider ALL hands
why does the HUD not consider ALL hands from my database for the stats? e.g. as regards me it only shows the stats for the current session. also for other players i have already played against and have notes on the HUD only shows the stats regarding the current session.
my HUD filter settings seem to be ok [include hands newer than 120 months old; use last 0 hands (0=use all hands)]

HM2 Ribbon > Click "HUD Settings" > Click "General Settings" in sidebar > Uncheck "Use session stats" in right pane > Save/Close
HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was a lot more useful for a couple of reasons:Originally Posted by AnarchyPoker

Make sure that the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Min hands: is set to '0'.
Make sure that the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > Min samples: is set to '0' for each and every stat in your HUD if your issue is missing stats.
Make sure that your HUD Settings > HUD Filters are all set to '2 to 10' and that both check box options under Filter by limits are checked [x].
Make sure the HUD Settings > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.
If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows - showing the HUD, the Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Filters and Tournament Filters and attach a log file as explained in this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

all done (my settings were actually already correct), nothing helped

You do realise that the opponent HUDs have two modes?
One mode that shows session stats & one that shows lifetime stats?
If you double click on an opponent HUD it should switch between the two modes:

You never mentioned you were playing zoom. I will be replying to your email momentarily. FYI you can attach files to a forum post but there are smaller size limitations than our email provider has so generally it's best to email them as instructed in the how to send logs FAQ I linked you to.
