I just updated ver.8175 and the zoom hud did show up.
But the zoom hud always lag for a hand,how could I fix it?

If it lags one hand, it's actually not working.
The delayed HUD you see is of the previous hand, once that hand is imported.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Add blitz.dll and starscommunicator.hm2 of the HM2 folder to the exceptions list of your antivirus program.
Reboot your computer.
Start HM2 first.
Then open PokerStars.
