HUD Stats moving

I also have this problem I've attached a video showing the hud stats moving briefly

i also ave this problem but with na hu hud with notecaddy and badges even got a new laptop with ssd alot of ram and a i7 processor thinking the problem was because other laptop was old bought hm2 and notecaddy and now still need to use pt4
