POPUP DESIGNER:- Border Bug or I'm thick?

2.0.0.8175 Does editing borders in popups work for you?
Not for me. If it works for you what step am I missing?

I'm trying to learn how to edit the "new" popups so...

Close HM2
Open Config folder
Copy & rename "Steal.pop" to "StealTEST.pop"
Launch HM2
Select StealTEST.pop in the Popup Designer
Delete useless bottom row in popup with no problem
I test the popup & the deletion is saved
Try to change the border around one cell [see image below] & nothing happens:-



I press the "OK" button & no change to cell border - all I see is the standard blue colour around the cell to show that I've selected it

Try an existing default popup instead & can't get border to change there either
Try to remove useless bottom row from a default popup & that works as before with my test popup
Experiment with different cells, border colours, border widths & nothing happens

POSTSCRIPT:- TRIED ALL NINE FUNCTIONS FROM THE NINE BUTTONS AT THE BOTTOM [SUCH AS CHANGE FONT COLOUR, CHANGE CELL BACKGROUND ETC.] ALL OF THEM WORK EXCEPT THE BORDER BUTTON WHICH BRINGS UP THE BORDER DIALOG BOX. CAN CHANGE ANYTHING I LIKE IN THAT DIALOG, BUT CHANGES ARE NOT APPLIED TO THE POPUP.

It won't' show in the preview. Check it in the replayer and it should show.

Well I've tested that & you're absolutely spot on.

So border edits don't show up in the preview, but all other edits do? How peculiar.

Can this be fixed?
If it can't be fixed can't this bit of info be added to the HM2 FAQ?
It mentions replayer there but not because of the borders bug:-

I didn't get it at the time, and still don't, but it was changed this way and presented as improvement. Before it did show in the editor itself.

The whole Popup Designer is extremely hard to use and all those bugs in it are pain in the arse ! How can this be low priority ?! Popups are such a basic thing in todays games and u telling us this is low priority ?!
