Problem with Replayer / HUD

Hello, i'm having problems with some of my nicknames in different sites, let me explain.

I did format the computer and i re-imported all the hands from the folder HM2Archive, after this my nickname in Pokerstars works good (detects it's me) and in the replayer I can see the rest of the players, open pop ups, definitions etc.

The problem is in the other sites is like isn't detecting it's me and when i open the Replayer the huds keep on moving and dissapearing and only 1 left of 6 players I can see and i cannot open pop ups or do anything else.

Also I see some of the hands I cannot see the hand i had only the showdown ones i think. Why is happening that?

Do your names on other sites contain special characters?

Email us an example of a handhistory, where -if you replay the hands- the huds keep on moving.

In the Replayer--> Options--> Turn off highlight current action
