    Default "No valid licence found"

    Hello

    I have trouble starting holdem manager because it shows that I have an inactive license.

    I've been inactive from holdem manager a few years so when I recently tried to start it, it shows that my license key does not work. are there any guides that you should follow when you have similar problems?

    please sent your full log.txt file and holdemmanager.licensing.log, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:

    Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

    I have a file that is named "log" in that folder. Is that the correct file?

    Yes.

    You don't have to sent it, if HM2 suddenly no longer gives the license validation error.
