My apologies for the inconvenience. This seems to be very specific to some configurations as nobody new is reporting the problem with this release.

After today's update, nothing has changed, but HM2 began to issue an error message and close.

I have the same problem with latest update. All my $cardranges are gone now and just empty brackets.

i send logs to NC support and got this:

NoteCaddy's current database version is 14. I am quite sure that clicking file->reset notes will fix the problem you're having. The reason being that the entire database was changed. 2.5 intended to be reverse compatible with the old database structure but in some cases it is not. Resetting notes will rebuild the database using the new, faster structure that will also allow you to use all the new features.

I know this may be an inconvenience and I apologize but I think overall you will be happy at how the new database writes and retrieves data faster.

I actually did the reset notes twice and still have the same problem. I have the latest update of Notecaddy and never had a problem before. When I reload all the notes the instances/opportunities show up correctly but None of the ranges are recorded.

If you go to file->settings->caddy clock, do you see options there or a notice that you should reset notes?
