    Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.

    Latest update lets me use HEM2 HUD on Zoom with no issues, am on Stars 6 (Build 8420). Running Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 along with MBAE on Win7. Hope Stars doesn't come out with another update that breaks the damn HUD again.

    Does your hero name have any non-English characters in it? It sounds like you have some unusual characters in your screen name that is causing the problem.

    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table

    Hello I was waiting patience ones week and my zoom still not working I bought HM2 pro Omaha and Holdem and just after one day work not working zoom ... I m not computer sciencist to fallow all your steps you writen every day and finally still not working zoom that is very bad proformance I need to say !!! I m desapointed I use that program wich didnt work !!!! I played 3 years without HM and I can use without when I play but I woudlike use zoom statistic and I cant my had not working ... You working for that one week and still not fix ... That is realy bad and you can be patience but this is shit proformance ... Like I said I m not computer sciencist to fallow all steps and then finaly not working losing my time and be destroyed inside becose HM not working ... trie do this something with that becose I woudlike use program I bought ... I was patience but soon I will be screaming ...Thank you for understand my opinion ... Artur
