Cadyclock not working Stars.ES

Did all the steps:
1. Enable live tracking via HM2 http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...D+Site+Options
2. Enable CaddyClock in NC via file->settings->CaddyClock
3. Add the NC.LastActionDelay stat to your HUD
4- Dealer messages = everything
5- NoteCaddy must be set to create notes

But i just get a (-) in the place were the "stat" should show up.
More info... im using chat detached and merged for all tables (dont work even playing only one table, so chat is always visible) in stars 7 and also using a theme

Any idea were the problem might be?

You're not making any mention of this part of the manual page

The next thing you should do is add the "line taken" stat to your HUD. This doesn't have anything to do with CaddyClock but you have to make sure that Live Tracking works 100% before continuing. There are some windows settings that can prevent it from working well. If it doesn't then CaddyClock cannot possibly work. If you play a quick session with your normal amount of tables and everything works well (stats updating, HUD performing as expected, line taken stat showing correct information) then you can proceed.

I'm not clear what you mean about "forgot that part". Is the line stat working? If it is then you need to make sure notes are being created. This is very possible to forget if you have it turned off.

I forgot to check that part.
As you reminded me i went to check, and that wasnt working on the tables, so first i need to solve that problem.
You were talking about windows settings....?

If the line stat isn't working then live tracking isn't working and the caddy clock can't get the information it needs. It is probably a problem with using a custom theme that doesn't work well with live tracking or some changed window setting. I am not nearly as familiar with live tracking as the HEM support people so you will likely get a better answer asking in the HM2 general support forum.
