    Exclamation 2.0.0.8165 Beta Release Feedback Thread - Merge/PKR fixes

    Note: We are working on the fix for the PokerStars Zoom HUD and will have a new beta release once it is ready. For the Zoom HUD issue please see this thread to rollback your ps.eu client.

    This is a beta release for 2.0.0.8165. The purpose of this release is to allow users to get early access to fixes and provide feedback as it would be impossible for our internal team to cover due to the huge amount of different possible PC environments out there. We do recommend you use a new database as a precaution.

    Even though we rarely see anything that serious in these betas, and they have gone through some internal testing, they have not completed all our internal tests yet and the chances of a bug are higher than normal.

    You can manually download the build here,if you have any issues you can rollback to the last stable version here.

    This version doesnt read Pokerstars tournament summaries. Always giving me an error. Only down grading to an older version helped.

    This sounds like it might be related to this new ticket we just wrote for a customer sample of hands:

    HM-8456: Import error importing Stars Tournament Summaries and winnings are incorrect

    If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com


    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.


    When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

    I've just updated and now the HUD stats are sometimes in the incorrect place. The mucked hands popup doesn't work 100% of time either. Everything was fine before i updated. HH imports are working fine.

    Edit: It does usually correct itself after about 20/30mins

    Which site/games are you playing? You should always include this information so we can determine if the problem you are reporting is a site specific issue and a known bug. Without this information it is hard to give specific instructions.

    Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe


    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

    1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
    2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
    3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.


    If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report


    Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
    - Please send a log file as well


    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a HUD error report.

    This sounds exactly like my issue and I can 100% confirm it for tournaments.


    With an older version (8145) it works fine again!

    Please send us some hh/ts files as instructed above so we have plenty for testing the future fix with if you do not mind.

    Hello.
    My feedback is short. Can't download the newest update. Can't download it trought the hm2 autoupdater software, or manualy. COnnection failed in hm2 and in manual update. Any help? I haven't had any problems with downloading updates so far, auto updater worked fine.

    I had the same problem. After pausing the antivirus (avast) managed to update from hem.
