Importing Alan Jackson Advantage package gives error

Hi,
i haven't played poker for 6m and trying to pick it up. I've installed my Hm2 again with notecaddy premium and tried to import the latest Alan Jackson Advantage package which was mailed to me a couple of months ago. During the import process, about half way, I always get an error and HM2 closes. I entered my mailaddress and covered all the steps described in the received mail. I then mailed the log files to support@nottecady.com without reply.
Can i get some help to get started again.

Did you update HM2 and NoteCaddy to the latest version? If not, that'll likely solve it.

Also the package has been updated if you've downloaded it that long ago, you can retrieve the latest version by navigating to Help->Dowload latest NoteCaddy coaching package version.
