My HUD stopped working on Pokerstars ZOOM tables after Pokerstars update.

If I openend the backup-File, there are error message, "Client Program has failed to initialize, please contact pokerstars.

Are there other possibiliys to solve the problem?

We don't give ETA's. Once we have a fix and have tested to make sure it works properly we will release a beta update for this issue. If you have the Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' option enabled you will be notified when the next public beta is available and can read the release notes to see if this fix is included.​

I can't even downgrade because update is mandatory

We are aware that they are forcing the update now. If you feel you can't play without the HUD then the only thing I can suggest is playing non-Zoom tables until we have a fix for this released.

Pretty much screwed now with the mandatory upgrade. Sucks to be a zoom only one trick pony like myself right now. Counting on you guys.

I solved the problem for now, until they release the new version oh HEM2

Pokerstars just forced me to update. Now my HUD isn't working. Pretty fucked up. Zoom is my main game! Please fix this!
