definition vs player types

Help with the definition of the type of player.

I have a list of types of players in NC: few descriptions for regs and few for fishes.

For example I want my def ColdCallTOTvsReg works only vs regulars and vs unknown players (undeterminated), not vs fish.
Opening ColdCallTOTvsReg -> Pre Flop -> Action Seq - Actions -> Raiser -> Player Type and choose only reg, this def will works when raiser was reg only, not unknown.

How to choose those who fall under the specific description of type of player + those who do not fall under any description
