Default HUD crashing, changing tables, reading wrong tables, incorrect info...

This has become a real issue for me. My HUD will not run currently on anymore than 3-4 tables at once.
The tables its displays on seems to be a crap shoot and will sometimes change mid session.
To add to it the HUD will sometimes display the wrong stats by switching back and forth from correct game to another table running that may or may not have a HUD display running.
The whole system crashes at least a few times a day and and is working at a very slow pace.

I have never had so many issues at one time but its becoming almost impossible to use.
I am running it on BCP on the WPN and have had little issues in the past.
    Running most current version.
Data base size is 3743 MB
playing 8-10 tables with only 3-4 HUDs
I have tried using the game finder but it only seems to get more confused and adds another HUD to the wrong table.

    Here is a recent example.

game (a) and (b) are both running normal and with out issue. Game (c) loads and stats do not display (waiting for hands).

Game (a) ends and moments later game (c) shows correct HUD

What is the site and game type? Did you send in a hud report?

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock in the picture
    - Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
    - Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support572

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com to let us know that you also sent a hud error report.

If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.

Please make sure you email us when you send in a hud report.

You have a lot of files in your site setup folders. Make sure they are emptied.

    .
    where can I do that?
Where is site set up folder?
I have 3 auto import folders under WPN (site setup)
one is current screen name(BCP), one is old screen name(BCP), and third is screen name from other skin (ACR) on the same network.
Can I remove the two not currently being used without loosing the hands from my DB?

I also ran a defrag yesterday and may have helped a little but it looks like HM2 is really slowing my system down alot and might be causing the crashes.

You have to manually browse the folders to see if any of them have old/stuck hand history files in them.

You can remove/delete any hand history paths for sites you no longer play without affecting the database. Once the hands are parsed they are part of the postgresql database and the originals are moved to an archive folder.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.
