    I've seen 4-5 emails today where Stars is not saving hand histories. This happens after updates frequently. Please check this.

    Please follow these steps completely:

    We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

    At what step does the process fail?

    - Are hands being saved?

    - Is the correct folder in the site setup?

    - Are hands being imported manually?

    - Is the time set up correctly?

    Just to confirm that my hud stopped working today in zoom after working fine for months.

    I already tried that, and it doesn't work...
    The HUD always worked with ZOOM untill yesterday, and my hands DO import but it doesnt transfer to the tables in ZOOM, in regular tables it does apear...

    I have not touched my firewall or antivirus so does settings are ok to...

    same answers as laurensds.

    I can (kind of) "solve" the problem by (as per instructions in a link above)

    - clicking on the paramters icon on the general hud appearing,
    - clicking table finder
    - associating each zoom table 1 by 1 by putting the target icon over each corresponding table

    Works, but tedious, hope this gest resolved soon.

    same here. Right after the latest pokerstars update.
    If it matters: pokerstars.be client, microstakes zoom.

    (probably obvious but HM1 and HM2 both don't work with zoom anymore)

    Jup same here too.
    HUD worked fine untill latest pokerstars.be update.
    Hands are properly importing etc.

    Probably a problem with the .be client in particular?

    Hope it will be fixed asap though.

    Thanks for the workaround kokomoblues! works. But indeed, would be better if this is done automatically.
