    Default File history pokerstars problem

    Bonjour,

    I'am testing the demo HM2. The import file is indicating: 1 file, but no hands no matter the Hm2 software.
    this is sit and go tournaments to 0.25 buy-in.

    in HM1, I have the same problem the hands do not import.
    Attached my file.

    Stars needs to be in English.

    Please follow these steps completely:

    We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

    At what step does the process fail?

    - Are hands being saved?

    - Is the correct folder in the site setup?

    - Are hands being imported manually?

    - Is the time set up correctly?

    Merci,

    Now it's ok, hands import fine.
    On pokerstars everything is in English, and despite this hub displays nothing on the table as statistics.

    Hi. If the hands are importing the HUD should show on PokerStars. Please make sure you have setup stars and HM2 to work together properly.

    Hi,

    I do not really understand how the trimmings, a tutorial in image would have been more convenient for non-English speakers!

    In the following menu:

    I indicated the location of pokerstars records, I do not want these files are on my c: drive so I put on the E: drive, but the icon 'red' pokerstars is not displayed!

    On the poker table when I play the HUD does not display anything, but when I look at the analysing my hands, you see information about the players grrrrrrrr....

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment
