Looking for Custom Note Designer / HUD 'coach'

Hi, as described in the title, I am looking for a custom note creator that I can hire to create custom personalized notes for me, as well as provide any assistance with HUD design optimization. This would ideally be an ongoing relationship as I am constantly thinking of new notes and stats that I would like to be using.
