incredibly low speed of creating notes

Hi. Without any reason and manipulations my speed has decreased from 500hps to 20 hps.
I have restored windows (8.1), reinstalled postgresql (8.4.21-4) and HM2 also. Totaly cleaned "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManag er" folder, removed all definitions (except one simple definition "Donk Bets") and there is no result.

I have got i5-3470, vertex4 SSD, Windows 8.1
Secondary logon is running.

One important note: once my system was crushed because of start color codding during notes creating. But I have restored windows with acronis to condition when it works fine (almost clean system with drivers, antivirus postgresql and HM2)

What setting should I check or reset?

Problem resolved. For unknown reasons Thread Count was set to 1 instead 4.
This is strange, because once I have tuned definitions the only function I used was Color Codding. Looks like after system crash it was set to 1 automaticaly.
But strange that system restore (including all of HM2 settings) leaved this parameter at 1
