Bounty Tournaments not being recognized by HM2

Hey!

The 7$ 9-Man turbo bounty games on Stars are being displayed as regular speed games and not as bounty games. Atleast that way they are set apart from the normal turbo games by this bug and I can analyze the stats and results separatley.

On the 15$ 9-Man Games HM2 doesnt differentiate between anymore for whatever reason. Bounty games are being displayed as normal turbo games and stats and results are not separate anymore.


This is really annoying. If there wont be a fix soon, I will have to try PT4 unfortunatley.

I believe both of these issues are already documented but to be sure you should send us some hand history and tournament summary files for each so our testers can be sure it is documented then add your email address to the ticket(s) so you can be notified when it is fixed. For now you will need to manually edit the results.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.
