My HM2 is not considering the Add-ons I'm making. Any way to fix this? it's a big deal for me because I play mostly ReBuy MTT and 3R 180s.

Are you playing these on PokerStars?
PokerStars doesn't write these add-ons to the handhistory- and summaryfile.
Similarly if you rebuy before the first hand is dealt (so you start a tourney with a double stack) this isn't written to the handhistory and summaryfile.
As a result HoldemManager simply can't 'track' these rebuys/add-ons, and you'll have to manually edit the tournament results to add them.
