Players stats not pulling up in HUD

    Default Players stats not pulling up in HUD

    So I changed no settings, and today when I tried to play on Full Tilt, the players names pop up, but no history is populated.

    i.e. It says every player is -/-/- with 0 hands of history, even after I play a few hands with them.

    All hands are importing into my database correctly, but the stats aren't popping up in the HUD.

    Is this an issue with the update or what? Everything is working fine on Pokerstars.

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


    Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.


    Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

    Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

    Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

    If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

    Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

    Click OK

    im using windows XP.

    and it worked perfectly fine on FTP before today, and still is working fine on pokerstars.

    i made literally no changes between my last session it was working on FTP and today.

    Which SQL version are you using?
    Try creating a new empty database and reimport your archive folder.

    Okay --

    I figured out what was going on.

    If I use the 'official' HEM release, FTP and stars (regular tables) both work fine. Deep tables on Stars do NOT.

    However, if I use the 'deep tables on stars' release fix posted in that other massive thread, the HUD no longer works on FTP.

    So, basically, I have to choose before starting a session which tables I want the HUD to work on, which sucks since I play dual sites while I play.

    I hope this is going to be fixed -- would like some feedback.

    I have no issues with the 1.11.06 internal release on Full Tilt and can't duplicate your issue.


    Which SQL version are you using?
