Is it possible to have a def where I can see what range a player gets 100bb effective in pre where he has to be the last aggressor pre but whether its a 4b or 5b is ignored?

You can filter effective stacks in pre flop->general
You can define what his possible actions are in filtering player actions by using multiple sequences. Only one has to happen so if you create on for 4b and one for 5b it means either could have happened
