Default Tournaments Tracking Gone Haywire :/

    Hi,

After playing a poker session on Sunday I noticed the number of tournaments shown in my months graph went down.

I was a little behind on updates so tried installing the latest update, then deleting and re making my player alias.

None of this worked now my months graph is missing around 150 tournaments, and the years graph etc is way off.

This is obviously really worrying I don't want all my hands / tournaments disappearing.

My HUD worked for my entire session across all sites on Sunday.

When I look at site setup, most sites have a small yellow hazard icon ( I don't know if this affects it since it was

working perfectly fine last month and I haven't changed anything).

    Please Help,

    Tom

Please try updating and let us know if it solves the problem - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...-new-post.html

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

*Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

*If the new DB seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

You will want to restore your most recent backup and/or import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and backup/restore any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+%28Ribbon%29

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

    Hi,

Tried updating again but no joy.

Made a new database and that seems to be working so thanks very much!
