NC - warning - same prefix and description for definitions

I made a change to a note definition and saved. It gave me a warning that:

You have the same prefix and 'Description' for definitions:

CBET_F, CBET_F. This will them to be combined into a single note. THIS WILL
CAUSE ALL BUT ONE OF THE DEFINITIONS TO APPEAR TO HAVE NO NOTES.

I have had this warning in the past when in fact I have duplicated the grouping prefix, but on this occassion
I only have a single note with a grouping prefix of CBET_F.

This happens for my CBET_FT and CBET_FTR notes as well. Very confusing, any idea what am I missing?

Thank you, I did actually realise that the warning was related to Merged Definitions. My question was really one of, why do I get a message when I don't seem have any merged definitions....

However, on further review I have realised what the problem is. I had Note Definitions that had been inactivated with the same name as the ones that I was creating thereby creating Merged Definitions that I was not aware of. I have simply removed the Inactive definitions and my warning went away as expected. Worth keeping in mind that Inactive definitions also give this warning as it is very confusing when you cannot find any duplicate definitions.
