Issue with vs Hero note definition

Hello,
I think i have a problem regarding note definition creation vs Hero.
I used to play on PS.fr on regular tables 6max cash game.
Now I play on PS.com on zoom tables 6max cash game.
So now in my database I have hands for both these screenames.
When I try to create a stat vs Hero, and right click on the note definition and click on “seek” in order to check if the definitions works fine, this seems like the only hands note caddy is looking for are the hands of my PS.Fr screenname. I never get any result for my Ps.com screename.
Why is that ? Do I need to configure something ?
On HEM I tried in Home > select player to both select my new Ps.com screename and to select the alias containing both my screennames. But This doesn’t work.
Also I purged most part of my previous database containing hands on my old Ps.fr sccreenname, so in my database right now I have more hands on my new PS.com screenname.

Maybe this is because now I play zoom and notecaddy doesn’t recognize it ?

I don’t know what to do and need some help please.

Acutally I just tried something.
I deleted all my hands from my previous Ps.fr screename. Then I exported all the hands on my new Ps.com screenname. Then I created a new database and I reimported all the hands of my new Ps.com screenname, without any hands from my previous Ps.fr screenname.
Now on this new database when I go in note caddy and right click on some vs hero definition and then click on seek, note caddy doesn’t find anything. The sample should be big enough (>40K hands) for note caddy to find some hands corresponding to the stats but it doesn”t find anything.

So I guess note caddy doesn’t know who the hero is. How can I can configure that ?

PS : i inserted an example of definition i am trying to seek through my database so that you can check if i did something wrong.

Actually i tried again something else.

I tried to create the stat : 4BetRangevsHeroBTNvSB.

So i made the following composite definition:
(NC."HM.OpenRaise-BN" * NC."Evo4BvHeroBTNvSB") / 100

When i try to test it with my player name on the new database i just created, i get the following error message :

"HM.OpenRaise-BN" NOT FOUND FOR PLAYER! FAIL!
Expression : 100
Evo4BRngvHeroBTNvSB -

And when i try so save the definition i get the following error message :
ERREUR: 42P01: the relation "notecaddy_definitions" doesn't exist

What deos all this mean ? What did i get wrong ? What should i do ?

I also just realized that my scatter graph is gone for some players i have >1K hands on.

Is this due to the fact that i just created a new database ?

NoteCaddy knows who the hero is from the hand histories themselves so none of the changing players purging hands etc should matter.

Ok so i undertood the mistake here. I was testing it with my own screenname in the player name box. As this is a vs Hero definition, obviously nothing was found.

I tested it with another player name and this works.

Idon't know how this happened, but after reseting the notes and recreating it the scatter graph is back...
