OM Hole card filters doesn't work (sometimes)

Hello there. I'm not quite sure when/how this happens but Hole card filters of OM doesn't work sometimes. When I try to use it, it shows nothing like this. Using the latest version of OM, and I tried rollback to several old version of OM, but now this trouble happens continuously. I will share any needed additional information. Please kindly check this. Thanks.
