Hi,

I have difficulties with understanding those numbers - what does them mean?

I mean what number is big, how should I compare those numbers etc.

The number means how many milliseconds NC spent figuring out if it applied to players or not. Larger numbers means it spent more time. "Big" is an opinion and will vary so I can't really answer that
