Default Can I copy my HUD settings to a new HUD

    Hi,

I have a HUD set up just how I like it for pokerstars and now I am playing on Titan as well so is it possible to copy my pokerstars HUD to a new name so that i can edit it to suit Titan software and still have the original pokerstars HUD?

    thanks

There is no easy way to clone the HUD.

What you can do: export the HUD.
Open the .xml file with Notepad.

Find the line with the name of the HUD. Rename it.

    Code:
    <Exported Name="Default 2.0 HUD"
    for example rename it to:
    Code:
    <Exported Name="Titan"

Then import the file. And make the changes you want to your Titan HUD.

Also go to hud settings--> site options--> and assign the HUD to Titan.

Im sure I tried that before and it didnt work, I'll give it another go and see what happens.

Can I suggest this as a new feature because it really is handy when setting up a new poker site

Ive just tried it and I get this
    duplicate HUD error.jpg

so I said no to all of them but it has appeared in my list of HUDs

The easiest way to do this is use the HUD Settings > Site Options and assign the current HUD to stars. Then go to the HUD Designer menu and Click New and give it a new name then assign the new HUD to IPoker on the Site Options menu.

Clicking No to those prompts will not delete the popups, it will just not over-write them so they should remain as they were/are.

    There is...
Just create a new HUD, and it will clone your PokerStars HUD.
