Looking at it again the board is not valid because there are 2 2ds, and when that is changed it does become 2 pair, but why can't the software see the board is invalid?
It's only to test, and I guess the software assumes ppl are able to not enter the same card twice when asked to enter a maximum of 7 cards.
For actual hands it would take a number of cpu cycles to do that check. Since people want speed and I've never seen a hand history written by a poker site with bad data like that I think it's better not to have it. For the test panel though there could definitely be an argument made for it.
