    Default HUD not showing stats for certain players.

    Hi,
    My HUD is not showing up stats for 1-3~ players on my left. It is a 9 player tournament table. It doesn't display anything besides hyphens next to the filters (3bet, VPIP etc0 but it does display how many BB's they have. Sometimes it varies from 1 to 3 players in terms of missing stats and its always on my left (I'm seated right in the centre).

    I have the same problem in tournament and cash.

    Are you using any filters?
    hud settings--> hud filters
    hud settings--> tournament filters
    (set both filters to 'default', and not to 'recommended'--> apply)


    When you play 'cash' are you playing at regular tables or Zoom tables?

    It was already on default, these are normal tables. I play mainly MTTs.

    If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report


    Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
    - Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager and your prefs.xml file from the \Config folder.
    - Please send a log file as well


    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum and also make sure let us know that you sent a HUD error report.

    Done and done. I play on Pokerstars. I also sent a HUD error report.
