99 = two pairs with the board so it's correct
A6 = middle pair as the board has a pair of 5s and at least one overcard and one under so this is also fine

On my river bluff stat it still comes up as 'Incorrect river hand *Opportunity*'

Is there a way to mark board paired as bluff and at least one hole card middle pair as value?

You should consider filtering by general strength as there is generally a clear distinction to be made between strong hands that were strong because of the board versus the hole cards
