active session bug

hi my active session tab only shows 1 hand continuesly.
as in, in the dropdown menu there will be 1000 lines with 1 hand when i played a session of 1000 hands.

i checked that the time in my active session is the same as the time of my pc.
i have tried changing my regional settings to english ( usa ) since i used to have it on europe.
that didnt help, i tried putting auto refresh on and off, no difference.
in the site setup i tried changing the offset hours on all sites, that didnt help a thing.
i usually play on a lot of different sites. but the problem also occurs when i just play on pokerstars.
so i am kinda out of solutions, could you help me out?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Settings--> General Settings--> set the timeout time to 30 minutes.
