Default Zero hands on HUD on February HH files and earlier

I noticed some opponent has 0 hands on hud in re-player.
I already used some suggestion from your suport, export and restore HUD, deleted prefs files etc.
    Now I got absolutely default config of HM2 8093( I use NC2.5)
    HH from pokerstars.
I create new DB and import only 1 file from hh and HUD shows 0 hands for all of them(including Hero).
Also I can provide you HH files, just don't want post them here for public
    for example, opponent data:
    2014-05-10_211156.png

Problem doesn't depends on nickname(specific chars).
Is it any way to fix it on my side, or it's general bug?

Make sure the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [ ] 'Use session stats' is disabled.

Make sure that the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Min hands: is set to '0'.

Make sure that the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > Min samples: is set to '0' for each and every stat in your HUD.

Make sure that your HUD Options > HUD Filters are all set to '2 to 10' and the HUD Options > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.

See these FAQs for more info:

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

    Min hands is 0.
Min samples for stat appearance set 0 by default.
I'll already emailed o you HH files. Two achives 1 with HH files which shows 0 hand another work fine.

OK, thank you, someone will have to test the hands and get back to you via email.

Thanks for fast respond. I've fixed it.
Problem was with corrupted HUD settings file.
I've reinstalled HM and reset config.
    Now HM works fine.

PS. Already got response from Chris.
