Default having problem with making a bystander note definition (Hero views me as - cbet)

i want to make a HeroViewedAs cbet in single raised pot definition
    i make a bystander note
    define opportunities by action
preflop action sequences: Raise, player had to be hero, players final action this street
and flop: Cbet = Bet, Player had to be the HERO

it only assigns the note to me and the player who was still in the Hand on the flop
they other players get the "Player didn't act on the flop but there were flop action sequences" report under notes

    how can i change this

I assume you are referring to the test environment. The test environment will just show it for the "right" person. It is during the note creation process that the assignment takes place and everyone but the "note recipient" gets the note. That said, you never defined a note recipient in your definitions so this won't work 100%. In your "raise" and "cbet" actions, you need to specify "had to be the note recipient" in addition to being the hero. Now in the test environment it will only be you who gets the success. Come note creation time it will be everyone else who actually gets the note
