Street-by-street Replayer

I have Pokerstars working just fine with street-by-street HUD, but can't seem to have it work for the HM2 replayer.
The Option "Street" is greyed out (Screenshot)
Anything I can do about it? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this and I apologize for the delay. I have escalated this to our 2nd level support techs and have explained the issues you are having and they will be in touch shortly to help resolve the problem.

It won't work in the replayer because it reads dealer chat, which is not saved.
